Varun is a seasoned IT professional and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across EdTech and IT. As Co-founder and CEO of Coding Blocks, he has played a key role in shaping modern tech education. His leadership spans top institutions like Vidyamandir Classes, Nagarro, PT Education, and Chanakya IAS. Varun is committed to helping learners develop deep technical skills with a practical edge.

Arpit Sarda is a CS graduate from BITS Pilani and a postgrad from IIM Kozhikode, with global experience at JP Morgan and Cars24. Blending finance, tech, and entrepreneurship, Arpit is redefining tech education to bridge the gap between learning and meaningful careers. He is committed to building an AI-first learning experience that equips students with real-world skills, not just degrees.

Kartik is an NSUT graduate, accomplished competitive programmer, and full stack web developer with a passion for startups. He helped build Coding Blocks into one of India’s leading tech education platforms, where he has trained over 50,000 students—many of whom now work at Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, and Adobe. Known for his engaging teaching style, Kartik continues to make learning exciting and accessible.
